Itinerary?? Or NOT.

We have made plans -- but NOT an itinerary, Neil hates that word!  We plan to leave Friday, July 11 and head to VA, then Huntsville, AL the next day.  We will drop Meg at Space Camp on Sunday, head North to Nashville for 2 days, then Memphis for 2 days.  We drop back down to Huntsville to get Meg, then head south to Talladegah Super Speedway on the way to Senoia, GA.  What is Senoia, GA you ask?  Well, some call it the Hollywood of the South.  Driving Miss Daisy was filmed there as was Fried Green Tomatoes.  But the reason we are going there is that Senoia's little Main Street is Woodbury in AMC's The Walking Dead.  We had been considering stopping in as we headed by, but the gorgeous Veranda Inn was calling my name.  So the last three vacation (but not travel) days will be spent right there.  We plan to see all the Walking Dead stuff Meg and I can, while Neil enjoys the porch and Tara checks out the local shops.  We also plan to go to Atlanta Motor Speedway (20 minutes away) and Honey Boo Boo's house.   Oh my.  That is the plan.  What will we actually do?  Stay tuned.
